Since 1988, we've provided exceptional integrative wellness, massage, acupuncture, bodywork service and a superior level of customer service.
We live in an overtaxed society of high stress, poor nutrition, and unhealthy habits. As more people become attuned to their bodies, they see and feel the benefits of using integative modalities, hormones and incorporating regular massage and acupuncture into their health routines. People who reguarly focus on lifestyle choices and reconnect with their body as a preventative measure are better able to feel healthy, manage stress, and achieve a better quality of life.
We’ve been in the business of providing accessible wellness for over 30 years. Throughout, one thing has remained true: our commitment to providing exceptional bodywork to the community at an honest rate.
In the spirit of a true Colorado town, we treat our clients like old friends in a welcoming environment. Our accomplished and passionate healthcare professionals are dedicated to helping clients reconnect with their bodies through individualized and thorough horomone replacement therapy, nutrition, energy healing touch, massage therapy, and acupuncture sessions.
Our values are simple: to provide a 'Whole Body Health' experience that promotes individual health and well-being.
We do this by treating every client in a consistent and professional manner. Our practitioners and therapists view their work as a path to continuing education - even with certifications in hand, they continue learning and growing as medical professionals so they can provide the best possible treatment to clients. Through focused individual attention and superb hands-on technique, we strive to create an experience that encourages clients to reconnect with their body.
Hi, I’m Nancy and I’ve been a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner for over 25 years. Here at Integrative Whole Body Health Center, I’m looking for patients to partner with who are seeking collaborative wellness solutions for their hormone replacement therapy and thyroid health.
I want to get to know you and since you know your body, we can tailor your therapy to your situation; meeting your body’s physiological needs where they are today. Over the many years working in women's health (starting with delivering babies), I’ve watched my clients mature. I realized how important it was to begin helping women as they age gracefully and I evolved my practice into women dealing with hormone and menopause symptoms. Now that I’ve been through menopause myself, not only can I relate, but I understand how important it is to have a provider who listens to each woman as the individual she is…
My value system has a fundamental belief that you are not just your lab work. Working with Integrative Whole Body Health Center is turning out to be a wonderful journey. The entire staff understand that western medicine and prescriptions have a place in our lives, BUT that the integrative modalities and functional foundations have a place in modern medicine too.
We all look forward to working with you at Integrative Whole Body Health Center
Growing up with a passion for dance, Ellen’s interest in body movement, stretching, and alignment was honed over many years as a student of tap, jazz, ballet and acrobatics. Her experience as a dancer, along with a holistic approach to health and well-being, serve as a foundation for her massage therapy practice.
Ellen encourages each of her clients to take an active role in improving their health and well-being, to be present in the moment, and create a balanced life through the mind, body, and spirit connection.
Massage sessions include an evaluation of a client’s physical issues, personal requests, and techniques. She often incorporates stretching and the lengthening of muscle fibers to increase oxygen and blood flow with the goal of eliminating tension and pain.
Ellen is a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals and a 1998 graduate of the Center of Advanced Therapeutics. She is certified in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular therapy, Myofascial Release, and Pre-Natal massage.
