
Aaron Adams, Owner, CMT
Aaron has been a massage therapist since 2005 when he graduated from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy (BCMT). Along with over 1200 hours of training in manual therapy, Aaron also has a BA in Exercise Science emphasizing in Sports Medicine and has experience as a certified personal trainer.
As Owner of Whole Body Health Center, Aaron’s intension is to assist each client in relieving stress, reducing pain and correcting musculoskeletal dysfunction. These goals are complimented by the dignity, respect and compassion he brings to each massage session.
Aaron is continually intrigued by the body and its holistic wisdom. He believes in the body's ability to heal itself and that massage is one of the many paths to restoring health and wellness to the body. Aaron's calm presence and reverence for the body allow for a therapeutic and nurturing experience. His massage style combines deep relaxation as well as treatment-oriented work. This includes specific stretches with focused strokes to release areas of tension and dysfunction. He uses techniques such as Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy and deep tissue Swedish Massage to restore optimum function and movement throughout the body.
Aaron is dedicated to personal wellness. As a competitive cyclist and avid skier, Aaron is particularly sensitive to the needs of athletes. He understands the challenge of balancing part time athletics with a full time personal and professional life. He strongly believes that massage therapy can play a vital role in overcoming that challenge through its ability to reduce recovery time, prevent injuries and maximize performance.
Dawn Ables
Dawn has been on the Whole Body Health staff since 2007. She began her work at Whole Body Health as a massage therapist for 2 years before transferring to her current position as the wellness center manager. She has been a massage therapist for 11 years and still practices in her spare time. Dawn has a vast array of knowledge about massage and bodywork that she combines with her customer service skills. She is happy to help answer any questions clients’ may have and can help guide them to a particular therapist that will best meet their health and wellness goals.
Ellen Carroll, LMT
Growing up with a passion for dance, Ellen’s interest in body movement, stretching and alignment was honed over many years as a student of tap, jazz, ballet and acrobatics. Her experience as a dancer, along with a holistic approach to health and well-being, serve as a foundation for her massage therapy practice.
Working with a diverse group of clients Ellen encourages each individual to take an active role in improving their health and well-being, to be present in the moment, and create a balanced life through the mind, body, spirit connection.
Massage sessions include an evaluation of a client’s physical issues, personal requests and techniques that involve stretching and lengthening muscle fibers and increasing oxygen and blood flow in order to relieve, and ultimately eliminate tension and pain.
Ellen is a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals, and a 1998 graduate of the Center of Advanced Therapeutics. She is certified in Swedish, deep tissue, neuro-muscular therapy, myofascial release, and pre-natal massage, and her continuing education courses include advanced neuro-muscular therapy, raindrop therapy technique, hot stone massage, and Reiki (including Chakra clearing).
Ellen holds a BA in fine arts from Metropolitan State College and enjoys painting, reading, yoga and spending time with her family.
Diana DeCroce
Diana became a Certified Massage Therapist in 2008 and has been refining her talent since. In 2010, Diana graduated from the Colorado School of Healing Arts where she received an Associates of Occupational Studies. She is registered with the state of Colorado and a member of ABMP.
Diana uses her training, experience, intuition and energy to guide your body to healing itself. She integrates intuitive energy techniques with therapeutic bodywork as needed in her sessions. Diana partners with her clients to support their own body-mind's wisdom towards their wholeness and healing. Her intuitive and integrative approach to massage & bodywork, creates the space for your body, mind, spirit and soul to unwind, release and heal.
Specialties include Lymphatic Drainage, Cranial Sacral Therapy, and Reflexology. These modalities are typically included in Diana's integrative approach along with Polarity, Body Centered Therapy, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Neuromuscular/Deep Tissue, Trauma Touch and Healing Touch massage. You may also request that your session be devoted to a specific healing issue or specialty area.
Craig Fiorini
Craig graduated with his Master of Science in Oriental Medicine, Southwest Acupuncture College May 2009. The degree program includes 3045 hours of training in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs but it also includes over 600 hours in Bioscience as well as over 1140 hours of clinical experience. Craig is a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and holds a current license in the state of Colorado.
Craig Fiorini has training and experience in the recommendation and application of such adjunctive therapies as Chinese Herbal Medicine, Moxabustion, Cupping, Tuina, and Gua Sha. These therapies are recommended and applied based on Traditional Chinese medical concepts.
Jyoti Jason-Miller
Jyoti is a Licensed and Nationally Certified Massage Therapist. He completed the Associates program from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy (BCMT) with over 1500 hours in training and education, and a specialist in Sports and Orthopedic massage. In addition to massage, Jyoti is a certified personal trainer with NSCA and NASM. He is also an insured professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
Practicing massage since 2008, Jyoti's unique approach to bodywork comes from his blend of martial arts, personal training and massage therapy. He believes that clients hold the key to their own restoration and is a committed facilitator in their journey. He enjoys the process of empowering people to take an active part in their own recovery and healing, whether through bodywork, education or support. Understanding that creating a safe, comfortable and professional environment is an integral part of treatment, he offers thoughtful, compassionate communication in listening to client's needs and expectations.
Using Sports and Orthopedic techniques, Myofacial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and Deep Tissue Swedish Massage, Jyoti is able to help relieve chronic and repetitive strain issues to help your body function optimally. Many conditions like, TMJ, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome and Whiplash are treatable by massage.
Jyoti is a LMT, CMT, NCTMB, CPT, certified Sports and Orthopedic specialist.
Tiffany Shocklee
Tiffany has always been fascinated by the mystery and the science of the body. Bodywork provides a forum for her to continually expand her knowledge and deepen her reverence for the embodied human experience.
Her massage sessions combine Deep tissue, Shiatsu, Swedish, Neuromuscular, Trigger point, and Energetic techniques. This work is therapeutically oriented to address chronic pain, injury, postural imbalance, maximize athletic performance, and alleviate general stress and tension.
Tiffany is a certified massage therapist and biodynamic craniosacral therapist. She received her massage certification in 2004, the same year she took her first yoga teacher training. Over the past several years, she has studied at three different massage schools, and received her certification in Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy from the Colorado School of Energy Studies.
In addition to her massage therapy work, Tiffany is also a Certified Yoga Instructor with weekly classes in Golden. She enjoys rock climbing and exploring the beautiful mountains of Colorado.
Theresa Whilden
Theresa has been a massage therapist since 2004, having graduated from Denver School of Massage Therapy in Westminster Colorado. She was taught a variety of massage techniques and viewpoints from both western and eastern philosophies. The program also focused on anatomy, physiology and pathology. Theresa got into massage because she wanted to help people become healthier and not have to rely on drugs to live a good life. "We have more control over our wellness than we've been taught. Massage and acupuncture can help keep our muscles loose, our joints flexible and our minds relaxed. That's what I'm here for, to help you achieve and maintain optimal wellness".
